Customize Virtual Shop

I have a PHP Virtual Shop and I need to customize it so I need a skillful programmer that could do the following work: - Remove a major part of the layout and use only the SHOPPING CART. - Only the SHOPPING CART will be used/inserted on one HTML page of my website, (very simple layout it will look like the picture attached). I'll send you 1 HTML page of my website for you to have an idea how it will work and how to adjust it. - Explain to me which is the best deal with a payment method (Paypal, 2co or others), a secure one, a very reliable one and that could be adapted easily to my shopping cart. - Help me with a system that could control the payments and the downloads, maybe some modifications for downloading files after purchase or something like that. Because I want to sell files so I don't know if I should manually approuve payments and put code (or whatever the method for download is) because in the automatic way fraud is very easily achievable. - Make a Tutorial file that could be in word with the description step by step and screenshots to explain: - How to customize the Virtual Shop in the way that I want it for my web site and how to insert it on my HTML page. - How to put it online/upload it for a server all the Virtual shop and also only the pages that were customized by me. - How to manage the website from the administrator. I work with a MAC not a PC, I have the TACO HTML editor I don't know if it's very similar with the PC ones, but consider that difference and tell me if it will be different from a PC editor.
