Amazon US orders to Fedex UK Shipping Label Printing

We need a software works on internet, if possible on Linux Server.
Let me explain what we need.
1- We download our orders from Amazon US in excel file. All details of receiver.
2- We would like to upload it to system.
3- Separate them in packing type (Fedex Envelope, Fedex Pak or others)
4- And we would like to print their shipping labels on our printer.
5- System has to send data to Fedex, Receivers address etc, Reference, Fedex Generated E-Invoice to Fedex (I believe Fedex API gives that to developers)
6- System has to use our Fedex UK account details and our rates.
This is an URGENT PROJECT. After finish this we would like to upgrade it to a system which goes to Amazon AWS to get our orders and brings to system. We dont want to download and upload excel files.
BUT for now QUICK and URGENT one is uploading with EXCEL.
