Hi, We are a start-up based in pune. We can develop your app with basic chat. We can use Php or Python along side Mysql for storing and forwarding messages. Storing messages is pretty simple 1) user selects the contact with whom he would like to chat, then he types a message an sends it to our server using basic http request using JSON and we can store the message in our db. 2) For forwarding we can use Google Cloud Messaging to send push notifications to the users just like whatsapp, or fb messenger. Thats the basic model we can follow and then start adding more and more features as the development proceeds. We have a vision for this app and we can develop it within given time-frame.
