Auction Sniper Program -

I need an auction sniper program to run from my desktop pc (windows 7). The program will work for auction site : [login to view URL] it will work as follows : 1) only registered member can view listings that they are entitled to register on 2) each listing has prerequisite in order to join. 3) only member that has fullfil prerequisite can go ahead 4) auction will go into an auction room at the time it starts 5) auction will run for 3-4 hours as specified by the admin 6) the winner for an auction is the one who bid for the LOWEST PRICE (not like ebay) so I will need the program bids the HIGHEST bid necessary to win (but not more than my MINIMUM bid) x seconds (I want to be able to change this setting, for example -6 seconds) before the auction ends. The program will be similar to myibidder (for ebay) and will provide the following : - Details of : Auction No, Ending Time, Time Left , Current LOWEST Bid , Current LOWEST Bidder (OPTIONAL) , and my current bid. Note that the auction room on the site does not provide the ability to see who the lowest bidder is and what the lowest value is. It only provides OUR OWN condition only (for example , rank : 2 , value :1,000,000) 7) The program must be able to handle multiple auctions (domains) at a time. 8) I must be able to cancel auctions, and change my minimum bids 9) The program will have button to refresh/get data from the auction site (OPTIONAL) , the program Please specify which programming language you will use.
