Build Custom Betfair Api Robot

You must have experience with the Betfair Api and be able to proof this. I need a custom bot building that connects to the Betfair Api to place Lay bets as per the bots set criteria. It should have secure login for betfair. The bot will be for UK and Ireland horse racing only and will allow me to select from 1 to all horses in each race. The horse will check the price of the selections in both the backing win market and the win laying market to see that the horse is between a set criteria price before placing the lay bet. It must check both markets but only place the lay bet in the win market. For the place backing market I can set the criteria between 1.00 to 99.00 and for the win lay market I can set the criteria between 1.00 and 99.00. It will check the settings in both these markets but will then place a lay only bet in the win market if the prices in those 2 markets fall within my set criteria. I should be able to set the stake amount for each selection individually. I should be able to set the time before the race that it check the 2 markets for the said criteria before the race ie 60 seconds or 30 seconds or 20 seconds etc. I need this completing asap but will only select freelancers that have a proven track record with the Betfair Api.
