Client Portal

We are looking to create a client portal that clients can download their files, the files will be uploaded to the clients respective directory via ftp, now the client wants to be able to login to the website with their credentials, which have been set-up in Cpanel as a user, then the client is able to view thier ftp account and download thier files or check thier files that have been created for them, There is a program that has allready been written called FTPLESS, the script looks and functions ok apart from the login, the login script is written in a way that the credentials, are inputed into the script, the script does not look at the cpanel ftp account for access. this project should create or modify a similar client viewing pane as that of ftp less but the functionality has to be able to actually work with multiple users. the client is also only allowed to view their access directory and upon login is should take them to the clients default directory. for more details on the project we can discuss further about how it should work, as this is the project outline.
