C# Multi Port Serial Checker Status

I need a simple application that displays all serial ports and check which port is open or not in the listview Listview with 2 colums (Port/COM And Status) I need this to be done with threads and can use backgroundoworker. 10 in 10 seconds with a precise timer check the status of ports, which is in use and show me the listview (in use / available)
