admin page and product upload page

i have already prepared a site from a template and its ready as css and as design. and also it is ready as php include files with footer and header. i wanna arranged what i need abouth the site at the below; * we need a admin control panel and we will see 2 actual news at the home page, and when costumer click on the news or the news picture; it will open in all news page and see the news all . * and also there is a imput area at the footer ; when the costumer write his e mail address , this address will go to databese and the admin can see the list. *and some info areas can be controlled at admin page too. *and the last one is; there is a product page at the site ; and the admin doesnt want to show all products list as a exel file ; he wants there should be a search area and when the costumer search with his own product number (the costumers has already their products number) he will see the pruduct s info; (info contains 4 or 5 different data ) and also the admin wants to update the product list with upload a exel file to web page, and all the products will be update.
