I need a script that makes it possible to create input forms that will pass through to a second site in the background.
A check box will be checked in order to activate this task.
Example: Website A has a form that requires name, address, date of birth and the submit button. Near the form is a check box asking permission to hear about another offer. Once they hit submit, their info is passed through to a second site that also asks for name, address, and date of birth. Once submitted the second site closes out in the background.
So essentially I need a script that will allow a special form to be created that once submitted will also auto fill another site with similar fields (radio button, drop down, etc.)
Admin should be able to choose the field name, field type, and the URL of the site that the info will pass on to.
