Chief Technology Officer needed

I am seeking someone who can do multiple small and sometimes larger projects over a period of time, lend their expertise and suggestions, and be available to troubleshoot problems as they occur. In short, I am looking for someone who can do the coding and be sort of an outsourced Chief Technology Officer for me. I like working with one person over a period of time so that person can get to know how my site and business processes work, rather than dealing with someone new each time. My platform is a Windows 2003 server running IIS 6.0. My site was designed using ASP.NET 1.1 using a Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database. My expertise is in HTML and I do all design work, but I do not know .NET or have much experience with SQL Server. Exception Management Application Blocks (EMAB) has been set-up on my server and is currently sending emails when errors occur. My site is a self-serve site that records information to the database and sends email notifications to multiple providers automatically. The person I hire will need to be willing to spend time on my website and on my server (via RDC) to get acquainted with the inner workings. This person must be willing to establish a long-term working relationship with me and be available to communicate with me via email and phone during regular business hours in the US, Central time zone. Current project needs include: 1. Troubleshoot and correct errors shown in EMAB 2. Change Master Page in Test site (.NET 2.0) to new design 3. Upgrade Production site from .NET 1.1 to 2.0 with new design established in #2 above 4. Develop new sub-domain site for providers 5. Develop series of timed auto-response emails to customers and providers ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
