**Dashboard Report in Excel:**
I need a good programmer to automate report that we generate on daily basis from HTML files.
Here is what I have:
every day I get 2 html files each one of these files contains information about calls collected from our phone system, one for internal calls and one for external… attached files with sample data, file format will always stay the same. The name convention can be changed based on programmers request. Once we get these reports we take them into excel and reduce it to only the columns we need, out of 17 we only need 8, than we take these 8 columns and add them to our dashboard… on our dashboard we have 4 tabs, first tab is the **daily summary** which is really a summary of the daily info taken from these HTML files.
Outside calls = Total number of outside calls
Internal calls = Total number of external calls
Total calls = External + Internal Total
Total Abandoned = abd internal + abd external total
Avg max Delay = Average (Delay internal + Delay External)
Max Staff = Max staff for that day (taken highest number from both reports)
**Second Tab: Interval Summary**
display 5 busiest time interval during the day for internal and external... it a quick glance on the interval table to understand what is the peak time during the day for calls this information also comes from the HTML files that are being generated on a daily basis… (Attached is the dashboard include that second tab as example only... the data is not accurate.)
Please see attached DOC file for more information and excel dsahboard example. i have the full explanation on each tab and where its generated from .
