CF control

Hi all, I need a a compact framework control built, I have attached a photo of what this control should look like but basically i woud like a three controls. The first is an xp style tab control that has the ability to have the tabbes along the top, side and bottom, change the tab color, background color and the selected tab color. The second contorl is a more indepth treeview [login to view URL] control is basically the same the MS one but will have the ability to change the background and highlight a selected node. Last but not least is the outlook style bar control. This control should be able to incorporate the treeview control within itself and have the ability to change the bar colors and selected bar colors. Perferably, i would like the control written in VB.NET or C# .net and all source code must be comented and complete. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This program needs to run on at minimum CF framework 2.0 Windows Mobile 5.0
