Comprehensive Script testing needed-Data Monitoring platform

Looking for a provider to test and evaluate a data monitoring platform. The script will be hosted and ultimately intended for multiple individual user accounts to monitor streamed data. Written in php/mysql and using multiCurl. Provider should have experience and working knowledge of software testing best [login to view URL] of the requirements of the platform are that it be extremely accurate and robust. We will be looking for testing designed to focus on the following areas: Accuracy -Is the system accurately capturing data? -Are the recognition algorithms working or need tweaking? -Any bugs or anomalies that affect accuracy Stress test -where are the limits? -Is accuracy maintained at high system loads? -Do other bugs appear under high system load -Quantify what server specs are needed for various system load levels Robustness -crashing, hangups,etc Projected future resource needs -(server specs, storage, processing, memory, ip's, etc) Code documentation and ease of understanding code -Is the code neat and understandable to other programmers? -Is code neat and easily upgradable? (adding features/expanding) -Would outside developer need more documentation? What? -Tasks/items needed before next step of adding user element Bugs? -Anything -Test case scenarios ( Simulate real operation using multiple scenarios) Provider will be required to sign a non-disclosure/non-compete document and Will be required to put together a testing plan, schedule and timeline.
