Cellphone Software

This software function is to save on cellphone bills and warn the users when they have reached or exceeded their monthly plan. I need a software for cellphones that can create text or sms and call records. The software should save the records of all sms and call records for atleast a month. The sms or text records should not be so detailed. All it need is to count and track how many successful message has been sent and receive. The call records on the other hand should be more detailed where it not only counts and tracks all calls but should also have details on the number of outgoing and incoming calls. there should also be a menu where the user will input how many text or sms he or she has every month and how many call time he or she has for every month. then the software would automatically deduct the used text or call to the amount given by the user and the software will prompt them if they are close or already spent their monthly allowance. the software should also have an option to save the records of past month so the user can see and view it anytime they want to. the software should also have real time stats where the user of the cellphone can check his or her cellphone text or call usage. im very open to suggestion... I need a software where it will work on most cellphones so symbian is not an option.. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
