Adjust Wordpress template to match attached design

Hi! I have this site [login to view URL] which is built with bootstrap and the wordpress theme [login to view URL] The last programmer could not complete the project so I need someone to do the last fine tuning and make the site look good on the devices you can find on [login to view URL] . The current look of my site is close to the final design but many things are wrong such as font sizes, widths of columns and objects. It's simply not good enough yet. The last programmer could not understand the importance of these small details so I need someone who can. It should be like the attached design down to pixel level, not just close when it comes to fonts and widths of columns. So the job is to adjust the template to match the design perfectly ( I have PSD files as well) and finalize the responsive behavior. For example the menu should adjust to a dropdown and the middle column is the one that should be shown when you view it on a phone. So I need someone with experience from responsive behavior. Need it fixed until friday.
