Hi Freelancers, I would like to invite any expert in Google Adsense to create Adsense website for me that will generate at least $20/Day revenue. The website should be available to gain more than $20/Day after delivery. During Working Project; 1. Freelancer will create neat clean website, provide SEO,Unique content (articles). 2. Should comply Google Adsense ToS, Rules. Only White HAT SEO Techniques. 3. Website would receive natural/organic traffic and click. In other words, the visitor interested with the website content (niche/keyword targetted visitor) 4. You agree to will not use any method that will risk the account, breach the Adsense ToS. (such as bot, traffic exchanges, trading sites, paid services). 5. The website should constantly generate income at least 20/Day and last for many month. 6. Website should be Adsense optimize. (Prefer if you could complete the website using wordpress platform, since it easier to manage with alot of helping plugin). 7. Google Analytic imply and be able to track visitor. 8. Bounce rate of visitor less than 30%, (that mean visitor interested, and stay longer in website for reading, research). 9. You will not ask for UPFRONT payment before website generate real income (After 1st google adsense check receive,) Domain will be provided (upon your suggestion on which topic you want to cover). Hosting will be provided. Account will be provided. Before started, you will proven writing agreement that your method will follow all the Adsense rules. You may need to provided previous work if NEEDED. After Project Running; Payment will be sent after; 1. Constant income from Adsense 2. 1st check cleared and payment receive. 3. by Milestone payment (I will absorb all the Fees by creating excess milestone payment). 4. You will earn for both month income, 1st check and 2nd check. (2 Milestone payment will create to sent payment to you,) 5. For 1st check you will gain 60% from total check, while 2nd check 55%. 6. You also responsible to provide me the method to maintain the traffic and click after website done. 7. You need to show how you direct and increase traffic to the website. Those Freelancer who capable of provide the website according to my standard, will given long term project that will benefit both parties.
