Advanced Non-Profit Web Directory

We are a non-profit organization sthat support churches. We wish the homepage to be a large map with icon geocoded location fo the building. We also want some sort of process to have an eCommerce module for churches to join our organization. Each chruch has a member portal where they can upload videos and photos telling details about their church. Including multiple location of missionaries that they have around the world, so when you select a particular church it will filter to missionary locations that they are supporting. Now what is perhaps confusing is that the individual missionaries will have records that are attached to multiple churches. so it is a many to many relationship. Also on the home page there should be an advanced filtering of records. The first level of filtering should be based on what icons are in view on the map, then there will be continued filter selctions based on selecting dropdown fields or option buttons.
