Advisors First Mentorship Program Training Manual

This project is to build an engaging website that serves as a training manual that is primarily video-centric with all other supporting content (documents, excel-based calculation tools, presentations supporting external links). The website is to be designed to duplicate our client’s own financial advisory practice for his new mentorship program. The users are financial advisors who are looking to take their business to the next level. By creating this training website, advisors have a pathway to study, learn, implement, and reference within their own practices. The three main sections of the site will pertain to Marketing, the Sales Pipeline (First Appointment, Second Appointment, and Closing Appointment), and Client Maintenance and Communications with sub-topics broken one or two levels deeper. We are creating and editing all video content internally as well as supplying all content to be uploaded. I have envisioned that the training be in a logical linear progression in the same order as the main sections above so that understanding of material is easier to for advisor comprehension and reference within all facets of the sales cycle- however open to creative ideas. Also, security and control of all materials is of high importance on the site. Anybody who has access to the sight should not be allowed to download or copy any form of information except where specifically tagged as downloadable. I’d like to see a “Tool Shed” where any calculation software or excel-based tools are found. How to handle the excel-based spreadsheet calculators from a security standpoint is up in the air. We will need this to be in a CMS where our staff can easily manage content without any coding needs. Also, the site needs to be designed for cross-platform use across iPads, iPhones, and Android-based devices with the ability to have on-demand presentation, calculation, and file viewing from any device. The brand logo and tag-line have already been created as well. Project must be functional no later than June 15th. We're on a tight deadline!
