Affiliate Network Offer Aggregator (Similar to Offerbuzz)

I am looking to have a system developed that will pull together offers under the most popular affiliate network platforms (HasOffers, HitPatch, DirectTrack are the three that I am well-aware that this is all possible beneath, although I am sure there are more) and store the offers in a database that will be completely searchable and displayed for potential affiliate referrals.

I want to replicate this same system and it's features.

To work on this project, you will need experience coding and working with APIs beneath popular network platforms like I mentioned before. HasOffers provides an API that may let you remotely display their offers and payouts, though if this is not an option than everything can be accomplished easily by logging into the master affiliate account that we will need to use to host referrals and using cURL.

I am paying for full code and design. Your design skills MUST be sharp to please me, and I will not be pleased with anything that is not original and crisp. The existing features that Offerbuzz displays externally will be a requirement as well as:

- Backend that allows easy adding of new networks

- Filtering of old, dead offers that no longer exist

- News on the frontpage

- Total referral revenues calculated in backend

- Banner ad rotation on main page

- Several standard-sized banners/buttons used to advertise this website on banner exchanges

Please do NOT bid on this project until you have fully analyzed Offerbuzz and believe you can replicate a similar, better system. I have example logins to several networks under the three popular platforms I have listed if you need to look into things to see how to best code this project, but as aforementioned, I'd much prefer you are experienced with this type of thing already.
