Auto Transport Web Site Template

We require a Web Site for an Auto transport Web site to be developed. The supplier must provide html, and graphics source files (Illustrator, Corel, Flash). We only need the template for the main screen and interior pages. Prospect supplier should submit template image prior to contract for selection. Please do not submit "stock designs" found on the web. We are a start up automobile transport company that ships cars throughout the United States and also offer overseas shipping services. We would like a web site that will allow the customer to place in there information as for the type and year of vehicle, where it is being shipped from, their contact information and the date in which the vehicle is available to be shipped. This information will then go to a software program where our company can place a bid on shipping the vehicle and send a e mail to the customer.
