Best free online dating website wanted

I want to buy and have developed an online casino website -

the website must be already in work for some company in the USA or UK (base software)

Website Language used will be german; later english might be added.

Must haves : personality test(s) like in eharmony or similar

must be scaleable

must use cheap or free database software

must have protective system against viruses etc (can be bought from third party)

changes needed :

- if the base software is a paid service - we will have all for free

- there must be the possibility to add more personality tests (like IQ, EQ)

additional features :

- for every visit the user will recieve points per page visited during that visit - for a certain number of ponts he/she can redeem tickets to a lottery that will be drawn monthly and quarterly

- The personality test must be possible on Iphone and Ipad and other smartphones as well

- A user can make as well on te website a perosnality test and have the results saved until he/she decides to look for dates.

- the whole website must have a simpler version for using it on Ipad and Iphone and smartphones
