“Face of the year” competition not only has very attractive sound but most of people has already familiar with this sound as it had widely conducted from decades in various countries on the level of country, organizations, universities, colleges , societies, communities, towns and cities in the shape of different type of “Face of the year” or “ ……… of the year ” titles.

Due to shortage of resources and funds, I cannot able to launch this very important and big project which has huge potential even though I have it’s "four words" domain from many years. Now I am presenting this project with new idea.

I want a unique deal with programmers / software house, first make the project and launch it in it’s full thrust, I will pay your bid amount from it’s revenue later on … plus I need continue full future support in term of edit, continuously improvements, addition with new ideas, script support etc .. in return of a very good monthly support charges .. The support will be consist of all manners, not only programming /scripting but also approval of members profiles and updated pictures, as administrator or sub-administrator , edit / delete wrong members, moving members in their correct place.. in short , maintenances consist of 100% issued related to the site so it run smoothly . While planning, there should be in mind that the main focus should be on generate beauty contest / competition interest among members / visitors but not as community stuff though there should be similar stuff as community activities.

WHAT IS IN MY MIND NOW :-

I want to launch a competition (in 8 to 10 language) on the basis of all countries – followed by towns, communities, universities , colleges etc… People can also create own company compaction

When the visitor visit the site, through IP deduction , it will go to his country page layout in his local language … The page should consist of all states, cities, towns, universities, colleges (and it’s different educational departments individually basis ..), companies, communities etc… which is related to that country ....

People can make the profile and upload the pictures .. He can vote either in his mother country or live-in but not all countries. If he want to join the university / department he can join but if other people argument .. more then 10 people of that community then he will be out … later on when there will be many members then there will be a waiting list where people recommend that person and if it will be more then 5 then he can join automatically, the group admin /s can either admit or out any member. ..

Every person have list of members who Voted him , Voting will be only start when he has a admin approval picture otherwise he will have only list of whom he voted .

3rd list will be the list of community , 4th one will be .. who saw his profile , 5th who made him in favorites …

There will be the list of the most voted person of the day, week , month , year by all community etc ..

Person should also have Testimonials, bookmarks, etc .. useful options should be continuously added ..

Every university should have the alumni section where there could be also completion and the way to search ex-classmate.

I think, could add the fashion designer category where fashion designer upload their design .. This is not conform.. we will see if this or more other categories suitable or not to make the premium site but not just fun and time pass website .
