Booking project: Design must be real nice and modern and look high tech: You can provide examples to pick from. The purpose of the site is for Party Rental Equipment Bookings. User can check for availability dates. Start time and end time. If date available: Displays which products are available for that date/time frame If date not available:Display notify me incase of cancellation or check for another date. To proceed for any of the above steps it will require user to register and Agree to Terms checkbox. Registration fields to be added and/or deleted in admin panel (Require Field and not requires Field settings). Product settings:Single rental product pricing and combo package pricing as well as addtional day pricing. When user registers it will save all the information in admin panel. Paypal to be used to book the date for x product or package. Auto fill PHP form to contract and downloadable pdf in admin panel and automatic email confirmation with contract attached to it. Admin panel will need to be used as a customer/account management panel. Paid and non paid user reports can be generated. Paid and non paid users are in seperate catergories. Change booking date and/or add or remove product or combo pacakge in admin panel Marketing/Promo or regular emails can be sent in admin panel. Keeps history of last email sent to user. Auto email confirmation of booking with full details and [login to view URL] contract attachment Email Templates can be created with content/images links, signature and save for later use. Once template is ready to use select all users or individually select temple then merges to specified fields. Example Dear {First Last}, .......
