Build a simple order/tracking Website using Yii/Bootstrap

The goal is to create a simple (tracking) website using the Yii framework for three user types - guest, user, admin. The design for this project can be kept relatively free, usage of the Unify bootstrap theme would be prefered (license will be obtained by my own). Normal used colors of the customer are blue RGB 38/53/74, orange 255/102/0 and yellow 255/204/0 - it would be nice if the color theme would be a bit matching to that. The website itself should present to the guest beside a generic text (lorem ipsum) 5 page (home, about, contact us, new order, login) home points to the landing page about us another generic text contact us just a contact form with name, mail address, message and the company info (as shown in the unify demo - [login to view URL]) - as additional field a captcha would be appreciated. login: if the guest clicks on login he is able to either login or create a personal account for him. mandatory fields at this step are just a mail adress and a password with at lest 6 characters containing alphanumeric characters. optional info are his personal details like contact details for further orders. for the authenticated guest a new menu item pops up called my orders where a summary of all his submitted orders, including a link to each order-details page and the status is shown if the admin logs in, a new menu item called all orders is shown. a summary with all orders sorted from newest to oldest is shown. abover the summary there should be a field which allows to search inside all submitted details and or filter by order status/date/etc if he clicks on an order the order detail page should pop up where he is able to see all the details of the order like contact details and order details, can change the order status, writes down notes, or directly sends a message to the user using mail. order: if the guest clicks on order he can fill out his personal details, as well as some order specific free fields (can be generic textboxes) - data verification is only necassary for the contact details (mail regex,..) and for the textbox fields hard coded values like min/max length no special chars... in order to prevent spambots, a captcha is neccassary. if all the values have been verified the guest can submit his order, sending a mail to the guest saying that his order is now pending. - at the same time the sale department of my customer should be contacted (eventually multiple mail addresses) with the info that a new order has been submitted. for authenticated users same as guest except the personal fields can be extracted from the users preference and the captcha is not needed. order workflow: new order: pending - user and admin gets both notified about the new order, admin has to accept to order, after that user gets notified about it accepted: admin can create a document like template filling out a preconfigured html template file with the user details --- for guests: a mail with an tracking id link (hash like value - no ascending/decending numbers which are easy for others to guess) is sent to the user - he can only watch this tracking id - some of the fields should be redacted after 2-3 characters for security reasons - so instead of Thomas Smith the name can be Thxxx Smxxx order arrived: the merchandise arrived at the storage facility and is ready to be shipped to the pickup location transporting: goods are on the way to the pickup location ready for pickup: goods are ready to get picked up by the customer fullfilled: goods have been picked up I know the description is a bit cheesy, but i don't think for this small project i need to explain more - it should be just some free-field order option with an tracking
