Hi,
I am looking for some help for building an engine behind an already graphically built webpage.
It is an average page with a little trick, in brief it would need a login, registartion, forgotten password, users with a small scale settings for their account.
in additiion to this:
- users ranks - such as beginner, intermediate, advanced etc....
- users have to be able to submitt questions and answeres
- anyone should be able to answer these questions above
and all the answers could be valued on level from 1-10 (higher the better)
the page has to be optimized for a high traffic
Please note:
- you must use yii framework with mysql or mongo database to build the site.
- The site has to be finished with checking and fixing all bugs within 20 days. I will do my best to help building the site, and give all the information needed, but If the site won't be finished within the given period, I will give a very negative feedback.
