We need to make several modifications to the site including but not limited to: changing out images, replacing verbiage on each page and retitling menu bar headings.

Please visit the site, look at the programming code, and determine the amount of work involved in moving this to a wordpress format. We want to be able to make changes ourselves in the future and as it's currently coded, that is not possible. I'm not sure to what extent, but the site seems to have been optimized in that we are picked up on a frequent basis and rank #1 with common search words. The new site will require at least maintaining any level of optimization, and more is always better.

Important note: The site is to remain the same from a formatting standpoint. We are not interested in moving to a template or revamping the site. It works perfectly fine the way it is; it's professional and requires no aesthetic changes.

Time frame for the project - as quickly as possible.

Desired location of programmer: Central Time Zone - USA
