CMS Migration of Existing site

Hi, i need a team who can migrate my current site (which is written in custom php language) to CMS system. Key points: a) Logo will be kept b) Content will be kept c) Menus will be kept but able to extend via CMS easly d) We will have a download library which are seperated into categories and they are searchable. e) Need membership module where registration and login is possible f) Will need ability to load money via paypal to account, so they will load amount $x to their account and can spend it during time g) Need download module which tracks every download of product h) need wysiwhy style editing of pages (i think this is default) i) need to migrate existing users & content to new cms from this company l) To every product we will need a forum like comment area, where people can put comments about this product I do attach the url of existing website as attachment, please check this site before you bind.
