CREATION OF JOB PORTAL

Hello I am planning to launch a Job Portal which will be very similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] I AM REPOSTING THIS PROJECT AS I REQUIRE BIDS FROM DEVELOPERS THAT CAN CREATE THE REQUIRED JOB PORTAL AND HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN DOING SO. I am looking for a fresh design based on the above two portals. In brief, the Portal would need to contain the following main features: A Content Management System Allow candidates to apply for jobs with a CV and Cover Letter (Candidate control panel) Allow recruiters to sign up, pay online and post jobs (Recruiter control panel). Both the recruiter and candidate control panels need to be automated. Have the ability to send candidates, job alerts based on specific criteria, by email. Have the ability for candidates to post a video based CV. A recruiter A-Z directory Have the ability for recruiters to search a database of potential CVs based on various fields like experience, location, etc. A master control panel which with allow me to manage various features and functions relating to both candidates and recruiters. A featured job section and featured employer on the homepage. PLEASE NOTE: 1. I would need the project fully completed and live in the next 2 weeks please. 2. The maximum budget for the website would be $500. ALL BIDS ABOVE $500 WILL UNFORTUNATELY NOT BE CONSIDERED. 3. This project is for both design and development of the portal. 4.
