Changing theme of my website and integrating payment gateway - repost

Ok guys, The people who are perfect in wordpress and access to all the premium plugins need to apply. There are lots of other customization also, which are required. Below mentioned are only few. Work need to be done in minimum time. [login to view URL] 1. all the posts, subscribers and facebook likes have to be transferred to new theme. 2. Welcome page will be be transferred to new home page of theme. 3. All other pages except instant pay has to be delted and 5 new pages have to be created. 4. The website has to be integrated with payment gateway, currently its there but i thing people are scared to take the project with payment gateway. 5. You have to make it seo optimized, installing all the plugins like easy wp seo, yoast, yaarp, wp socializer etc.... 6. To insert a subscription box which looks good 8. Create twitter and pinterest page and add social buttons 7. There can be other changes alsow hich can take your extra time so decide before you bid.
