Charity Website

I need a website for an orphanage , which has about 30 boys in it. The idea is not for the boys to be adopted but to raise money for the home. I envisage that we would have a front page where we talk a bit about the orphanage and have an area where there can be a latest news / blog. Then there would be a page / pages we can have a photograph of each child that I upload and they can write their own profile. I would like the site to be built so that I write the text, and we can easily update the blog, and keep a history going, and for it to be easy for us to update photographs of new children and delete those who leave and for the children to be able to write their own profile. Perhaps we password protect the site and each child so a child can only update themselves and I can update anything. There would be the standard contact us, etc etc pages. I would expect to pay 50% upfront and the balance 14 days after completion of the project as there are always and adjustments to be made.
