Clean up website - repost

We require a person who has marketing and website creation skill to showcase our products on the website. We are looking for someone experienced to work on creating content on our websites to produce recurring traffic, You will need to understand the wifi hotspot business and create content for it. The website already has a template applied and now requires content. You will be responsible for coming up with the ideas and content for all advertising material and online advertising like Google and Facebook. You MUST have excellent English and be able and willing to communicate via email and Skype during the hours of 10 am to 10 pm AEDST (NZTime). We are after a Individual or Organization (that will assign 1 Individual to manage ALL our projects) that will work with us on a casual hourly basis, but will provide accurate estimations of times, time frame and costs to complete each Project as they are assigned.
