I want to build a cosmetic surgery rating system. ( similiar to [login to view URL] )... The purpose of this site is to let cosmetic surgery seeker post their surgery picture and let other vote if they should fix or not.
The functions are:
1. Fix or Not: This let the user upload picture and write a brief description and let other voters vote if they should fix or not.
2. Recommend a Fix: Voters can recommend a Fix and leave comments.

Hello sir! me and my team is looking forward to work on this project. As you sad the template is a little to eye scratching so we'll redesign the whole face + a new logo ID. As for the function we had done a lot of project involving picture update and commenting picture. Another plus is the high security that we are implementing on projects (the best solution is to integrate a html editor in site so you can write bold text or underline, etc.)we can do this... i guarantee this ...
