Content Management System

We need a content management system created for the Alliance against Poverty. The blog is available online at [login to view URL], where you can read about the organization. Can you quote: a) wordpress CMS (PHP) including maintenance b) ASP.NET CMS including maintenance The website might have to be multi-lingual but this is optional so quote each feature one a line by line basis. The content management system needs to accept donations by credit card online, which will be re-directed to a bank account that can be configurable. An interface needs to be provided as an optional feature which allows the administrator to connect with a banking interface using SWIFT or other interbank system and allow the bank transfer to be done. Users can pay using VISA, MasterCard and other card types that may be defined by the administrator, including security checks. The payment gateway needs to have a secure connection (e.g. https). We feel that the website needs to be online and uploaded on a suitable host by 15th October 2013, unless there are realistic reasons for postponing the development. We shall pay deposit as soon as we establish trust with the other party and the Executive Committee has adjudicated the relevant favoured proposal.
