Convert a Template to a Website

I want a personal responsive gallery website developed in html, html5 with use of java & php. I have a responsive website & popup template. By using this (or any other template suggested by you) I need the following functionality: Complete User Management for gallery pages. Admin center page - admin tabs on website pages after user/admin login In case of admin or user login, show admin/user tabs on website pages. Change password/ profile options in popup instead of opening a new page. User ban (gallery wise) and User delete action on admin center page After login redirection to different pages/folders based on user level Auto logout functionality after 15 seconds (editable by admin) Last active/login date with time. Forgot/reset password and remember user/password functionality. Display all errors/ messages on login/signup in popup instead of redirecting it to another page. Restrict non-admin, non-user access of direct url typed in browser Image & Video player with slider, full, small screen & thumbnail option Images/videos download & upload (single or many files) functionality with status in popup. Direct upload functionality to spefic folder through FTP client and uploaded images should be viewable on gallery pages. All popups should be in same template. More options/suggestions/functionality can be added after viewing it online. Thanks, Saket
