Create new business website

This project is to create a website for an IT consulting company. The design should be clean (not too flashy), professional and easy to update with new content. We would prefer that the website be based on a content management system (CMS) such as Wordpress, JOOMLA or Drupal, however we are open to suggestions. Template/theme should be custom and unique, but may be based on other templates/themes. Website will include an informational landing page with mostly static content, an About page, a Services page, and a contact page including a secure contact form. Template/theme should incorporate the business's logo and colors (blue and orange). We are looking for the design/template/theme and required plugins, we will add the content.
