Create a website from PSD and Publisher Drafts

I require you to finish my current website design with has been created in photoshop as psd's and then imported into Microsoft Publisher. ( basic I Know ) You can see the results in the attached screenshots and on [login to view URL] You will recive all of my files and be expected to re -create the site in the correct photoshop / illustrator way and make it website linked to dreamweaver or a similar web based app so we can continue to develop the site designs. I think the main issue with this will be re-creating or exporing in the right formats all of the psd images that i have already created to be compressed and loaded with no lagging / refresh issues. I am going to be woking with the winning bidder on this to ease any confusion and workload providing all the current files. We will also be requiring the following components for this site: Menu Buttons creation Login integration / area Audio Player Changing the colour / scheme to blue.. The categories listed at the top ( Audio & Music, Websites etc ) are the main links and we would like them to relate with the menu bellow with a simple transition that you would design. Some sort of a hover and selected effect... Each category will have different menu text to display below accompanied by a sound we can change later. A simple Login area with a 3 page variation designed by us. The audio player will be on all pages and be placed in a static position. The page height will need to be variable, based upon the content of each page, but the site is a fixed width. We have many sites in this nature that will need to be completed over the next couple of months so would I like to have a long lasting and effective relationship with the winner..
