Database searchable website for Talent Agency

Looking to take a simple Talent Agency website and build a client login as well as talent login. Talent should be able to apply to be represented by the agency via an open call audition or photo/video submission through a form on the website. Talent should be able to login .. (once account is approved) and add photos, upload resume, video reels, etc. (all must be approved before being allowed to go onto the site) Talent should also be able to search through job openings and apply to jobs through an online portal. Once admin or agency owner books talent an automated email needs to be sent to ask for confirmation of booking and the return of any required paperwork involved in specific booking. Client Login: Free Account also If anyone wants to browse talent they need to at least setup an account with contact information, so we can contact them about booking our talent. Clients should be able to login and browse talent and search by location, model type, hair color, height, etc, etc, and submit a "request for booking" form indicating what event they need models for? how many? location? budget? Any special requests or requested talent?
