Design Develop and support a new Event website with modern, professional look.

We would like a website that is clean, modern and portrays the information about our events clearly. We would like to possibly incorporate images, infographics, and possibly video. The site must be scalable for mobile as well. PLEASE NOTE THAT< WE NEED > DESIGN DEVELO DEPLOY TESTING SERVICE SUPPORT MAINTAIN 1 YEAR CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTAINING OF THE WEBSITE WE ALSO NEED AND APP IN ALL STANDARD PLATFORM Our thoughts for website -- Homepage: We want to keep our logo top left, navigation bar across the top. We want to keep some sort of scrolling images below that, that we can customize and we must have the Register Now, Attendee Brochure, Exhibitor Brochure and Event Approval Tools buttons visible at all times, just like on the Gartner website example. We would like to also include something include our Educational Program, Speakers, Exhibitors, Steering Committee and Attending Companies. We don't like that on our current site, they are all displayed as it makes it look cluttered. We also need a place to put the date and location for the show. Finally, we would like to include a banner or button that is visible to specify if that show is co-located with another one of our shows. Educational Page: This page needs to display titles, abstracts, speakers and company for each one of our educational sessions. Speaker/Steering Committee/Exhibitor Page: This page needs to display logos or pictures for all of our speakers, steering committee members and exhibitors. We will use these as separate pages but should have a uniform look for each as our current websites do. Registration Page: Page to display our registration process that keeps the uniform look of the rest of our website General Content Page: This page should keep the general look of the entire site and allow us to display content in text and pictures We have not planned layout for app, yet. We are open to your ideas.
