Design & Install Custom OSCommerce Template

We have an OSC shopping cart site and are looking to replace/modernize the template design of the [login to view URL] server. Currently, the header consist of 7 gif images. I want to modify our header and site layout something like the attached mock-up . I do not want my site to be a fixed width. I want to utilize the entire width of the browser. 1) I want to utilize color #6F6F00 while having some shine so it looks like glass rather than a flat color tone. 2) The header must have an image map so that it will have the following elements that will have associated links. To create the images of the handbags for the header, I will provide you with high resolution PSDs that have already been cropped. a) button: Your Cart b) button: Checkout c) button: My Account d) button: Contact Us e) site title: All Things Trendy (font = Bernard Fashion BT). Font color = #fffad0. 3) Each of the buttons should have a mouse over color change of the font and background. 4) The header height should be 120px - 140px. Currently the top is 120px but if additional space is necessary for best results, you can add up to to 20px. 5) Because our site utilizes the full width of the browser, we currently leave a blank space between the two sides to ensure the header displays correctly for different monitor resolutions/sizes. This will be necessary for this project as well. 6) Above the All Things Trendy text, we want a scroll similar to the example we have posted. See the attached site revision mock-up. Can you please send some of these for us to choose from? We prefer this scroll to be in black. 7) The center of the page where our product will display is to have an appearance of a framed-in window. 8) The info boxes on the left & right column should display as shown in the mock-up. 9) All pages of the site must be made to work with the new template. Complete testing and approval of design required before installation. A guarantee of the quality and 90 day warranty for issues is required. Do not bid if you have less than a 90% satisfaction rating. Note: the attached mock-up does not replicate every feature of our site, it is for concept depiction only. Our site contains other elements that will need to be incorporated into the template. These are minimal.
