Designer/Programmer Needed for 6 days or less Job

PLEASE READ ENTIRELY BEFORE RESPONDING: BIDS ON THE HIGHER END (MONEY WISE AND TIME WISE) WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED SO PLEASE DO NOT WASTE OUR TIME I need someone who can do the following very quickly (I have enough projects on here to know when I am getting a copied and paste letter of interest --- do not bid until after you have seen the site and assessed the work): Clone all the neat feautures of jamroom (using php) and integrate it with the phpizabi community. I need a really quick turn around. Creativity of the design layout is also important. Just need all of jamroom features integrated into phpizabi quickly. (If you can find prewritten scripts (and you should be able to because there are scripts out there for all of the jamroom functions) that you can use to add the jamroom features then by all means feel free to use them.) Preference will be given to those who can turn this project around very quickly. As well as an opportunity for additional work. It must also feature the ability to control access to different areas based on membership level (3 levels). Code must be written clearly to allow for updates. Preferably in php. I chose someone for this project believing he could complete it, it was only after several pms that he finally chose to respond and say that he could not complete the project (and this was after the deadline for which he bid). Please be able to complete this project. I have many more clients and provide thousands of dollars in work a month that I could pass along your way if you complete this assignment. In the past 1.5 weeks (just on GAF alone) I have closed 10+ projects. At this point I have no time for excuses as to why the job can not be done. I have had 4 people to say they have had a lost in the family or have lost a friend. People to say something is wrong with their computer, etc. I just joined GAF and I will have thousands of dollars worth of projects -- if you bid a time and can not follow through -- I will never hire you for another one of my projects and will not refer you to anyone else. I am a very easy to work with person and friendly. You must be able to communicate with me the status of the project. If you are a bad communicator, please do not bother. After the initial draft is sent and testing has taken place. Money will be transferred through GAF. You must be able to provide 15 days of additional testing and support after money has been transferred.
