App to create virtual directories on Win2K IIS

I need to create a small Windows based application that will do the following:
1. Read a list of directories from a user specified location
2. Create a VD with the same name? in IIS under a user-specified website with the home directory pointing to the physical location.
For example I have a set of folders/directories under C:\websites\testsite\ with one called "testfolder1" and another "testfolder2".
I also? have a website created in the IIS called "testsite".
I need to be able to specify which root directory should be scanned for a list of directories using a GUI and then which website it should be under. So the result will look like this:
Internet Information Services
? -> COMP_NAME
? --> testsite
? ? ---> testfolder1
? ? ---> testfolder2
? --> testsite2
etc
I need this done ASAP.
