BMS - Business Management Software Development

Looking for a Developer or a team of Developers to design and develop a Business Management Software (BMS) that will automate a company with the following core features: **CONTACT MANAGEMENT ** Tracking the Companies and People you deal with and record Activities and Notes against the right records providing a complete 360? view interactions of a prospect or customer **SALES FORCE AUTOMATION** Sales teams benefits from having easy to use, but effective sales management tools, including Opportunity, Quote, Sales Order, Purchase Order and Invoice management with Forecasting and Reporting tools **CONTRACT MANAGEMENT ** Manage Annual Maintenance Contract with recurring invoicing reminders and SLA terms We currently have a Microsoft Access 2003 DB application to handle part of this functions, and now need a better application developed using the latest web technology. ## Deliverables Please find enclosed document with more information about the current vs. required system. You need to agree to a non-disclosure agreement, where you will not refer or share this project for commercial or business benefit purpose. Notes: ? The Developer should prepare a detailed **Software Requirements Specification** (**SRS**) before starting the development ? Software Coding Standards to be discussed and agreed ? User Documentation to be provided by the Developer ? Clearly described and commented source code to be provided by the Developer ? The Developer to agree to support the system with an additional Quartaly paid fee at least 1 year from implementation
