Book writing organiser

This is quite a simple project. I need someone to build a small wizard to help me organise my book writing. I want to be able to have multiple book projects going at the same time (they don't have to be opened all at the same time by the application). 1 - The first form is very simple, there will be like 5-6 questions with a textbox to be able to answer the said questions. 2 - Next form, I want to be able to enter up to 15 items. Once that number is reached, the next button becomes available to go to the next form. 3 - On that form I want to be able to play with 2 listbox. Listbox on the left comtains all 15 items. I can multi-select those items and put them in the right listbox (autosaved in the db so I can come back later and keep playing with it). I want 4 buttons to play between those lists (move all to list 2, move selected to list 2, move to list 1, move all to list 1). The items can only be listed in one of the 2 lists. Not both at the same time. Next thing I need to be able to do is to play with the order of the items in the 2nd list (just arrows up and down). This is also saved in the DB. Once 10 items are set up in order, the next button becomes available. 4 - On this form, I must be able to pick from the 10 items I have previously ordered in a listbox (visible in the same order). I now want to be able to write items for each of those items. I then want to be able to order those items (like for the previous form). 5 - I want to be able to manually turn each statement I just created into a question... but without changing the original item. I then want to be able to add answers to that question (3 or more). SEE PLATFORMS for the rest of the description ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform SQL Express + windows 2000 and up 6 - Next form, I want to be able to pick any of those questions / answers and just start typing the heck out of this keyboard. 7 - I want to be able to save templates in the db such as : Font type, name, size, color, bold, underline and italic. I want to be able to do this for each type of items in the software. Give a name to that template and save it in the DB. 8 - Using the info in any chosen template, output all the text I just entered in the db in the order of items 1, then items 2, then answers into a PDF. 9 - I want this to come with an install file. This software must work on any windows 2000 and later. The install file for sql express must also be included in the package (must be real easy to install). I'm still toying with a few ideas but this is really the bulk of the thing.
