Craigslist similar

Hello All I want a classified website similar to craigslist. This can be a modified code from an available script (for example [login to view URL]) or this can be something you come up with, but it has to include the following : 1. International locations (preferably users should choose locations from a drop down menu, however i will accept other forms you suggest). However all locations must be available and if not posters should have the ability to add new location. 2. Users must register/login to add a post or to contact an ad poster 3. Users should contact each other via an internal messaging system or at the very least message each other through a system similar to craigslist in which case ad poster email in kept confidential. 4. Back end panal is not essential but favour will strongly be given to bidders that add one. You must also install the website on the hosting server Please also let me know how much time you need to complete the project Please keep your bids low as to my limited budget for this project.
