Data Ease to Access 97

Data Ease to Access 97 The project entails developing an Access 97 program to do everything that the Data Ease program (see attached) does plus allowing for more customers to be added (RMs and Towns) and other fields in the future. The program has a number of reports and we may require help later to develop more. Please allow for the flexibility. As well we expect that data input will use as many automatic look up tables and auto numbering as possible and records can be retrieved by entering the permit numbers or look up by RM or date periods. We will be posting the application on a web site in the future. Please provision as required or let us know if it can’t be done. (Perhaps another program or application is required) Part 2 of the requirements will require the transfer of the most recent data from the Data Ease program to the Access 97 program. (We will email to you after. The example has 10 years of data and the most recent will have 11 years.) The attached file includes a read me file on how to open the program. The file may not run in XP. If you have problems opening it please contact us and we can repost it,. (We had difficulties moving it from one computer to another but perhaps you can debug it yourself) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 98 and XP Access 97
