Required: Proof of concept of flash desktop integration

Background:

The windows desktop has the ability to use an html file as the background. Within this html file it is possible to create an embedded flash object and thus have a flash application running on the desktop background. Neat little trick. You do this by right-clicking on the desktop, clicking properties, selecting desktop tab, click browse button and select an html file from the file system.

Task:

Create a very simple .net 1.1 windows application with a very simple interface that integrates with and controls an instance of a flash object that is hosted in an html page that is loaded as the BACKGROUND of the window desktop.

Demonstrate this by changing a setting in the web client and seeing the corresponding response by the flash object hosted in the html page running as the desktop background.

Constraints:

- No security dialogs or warnings may appear

- Method for integrating with the flash file must be extensible and some sort of interprocess communication that is NOT file system based

- Method must not require hosting any other software on the system... acceptable files are: 1) application exe and supporting assemblies, 2) html file, 3) flash swf

## Deliverables
