I'm in need of a compositing filter that can
1. accept a number of filesources and composit the samples from them into various layouts (as described below).
2. The composited image must then be able to be written to disk via file sink.
3. The compositor should accept up to four file sources. The composited screen layouts are setout in the attached document.
4. The filters configuration must be able to be modified via code (ie, without using a property page). This interface must be able to be written to using Delphi6 or later.
You will also need to provide an example of how the filter graph can be built and initialised so that the source movies can be synchronised in time ie. if all of the movies were of the sun setting then we'd want the sun to touch the horizon on the same frame in all attached sources. . Note that the source movies will not necessarily be the same length and that trimming the movies is NOT a option we can accept for synchronisation.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
