A key logger program to capture text and screenshots.

I want to develop a discreet application that can capture the users keyboard input and take screenshots which can then be uploaded to a server. The software will auto run in stealth mode say 3 minutes after the user logs on to the computer. It must run on Windows 7 and Vista (XP would be a bonus feature) The software could install itself into a deep program path and have a series of creative filenames to maintain a hidden persona. I think the application could be split into three parts, one that runs on the server or just uses the web space for storing the files, the second on the target machine and the third, a configuration tool that I will run to create the installer for each target machine. To avoid detection, What ideas would you employ to avoid AV and firewall programs. The program must run reliably without revealing itself. What ideas or different approach do you as a coder think would best suit this application? A demo example or screenshots of a similar project that you have undertaken would be a distinct advantage to your bid. Please include a project timescale and likely cost. I am open to sensible bids.
