Convert Illustrator files to Wordpress template

Hello, *******PLEASE NOTE****I will only entertain bids from freelancers who have a good record on here. Also note that my budget is between €100 and €150 and anything over that I will find it very hard to consider. Also, a good professional job will potentially result in more work**** I require someone that can convert Adobe Illustrator files into a functioning Wordpress theme. A screenshot of the Illustrator files are attached. If attachment doesn't work then you can also find them here ([login to view URL]). There are 12 - 13 pages. Some of these are the same, except will have different content. Here are some other points to note: (1) There should be a hover effect for both the menu links as well as the regular links on the regular pages. (2) Browser compatibility. Should be able to work properly on IE7 up as well as all the other main browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc...) (3) If you are using java script then please use the jquery library for this. (4) The Our Blog page should works work as a standard WordPress blog. So adding a new post to the site would add that post to the Blog page. There would also be an inside page for the Blog. This will be the same as the outside page except it will be longer. (5) Styles are required for h1 to h6 headings, ordered/unordered lists. (6) Ensure styles are put in for right/left/center aligned images. (7) For the contact form, please use Contact Form 7 plugin and style appropriately. (8) The main navigation should be editable from WordPress Admin section. (9) The tables on the Nutritional Info page will be images as will the "60% Less Fat" sections on Page 5 and 6. (10) We will provide the different fonts for the site and would like you to convert these to a web safe font using [login to view URL] or something similar. The main thing is that the visitors to the site will be able to see all of the fonts as per the Illustrator files. Please note that we will provide all of the illustrator files. The illustrations are linked to PSD files which we will provide also. We will ask you to either put the Wordpress theme on your sever for us to view or else on our server. Whatever is easier.
