Custom Wordpress blog into website

Hello;

I'm currently developing a website where I need help with a custom blog embedded within the design of the website.

Here's what I'm looking for:

1) The website which I'm designing can be viewed at [login to view URL] . Right now, there is a temporary external blog linked to this website at [login to view URL]

2) We would like to bring this blog into the website with the same control that is currently available with the external blog - thus the need for Wordpress functionality.

3) I have designed a basic live mockup to give you an idea of what we're looking for. Here is a link to that page [login to view URL] . It doesn't have to be exactly like this but we would like many of the same features such as the "Subscribe to blog" feature, "Recent Posts", "Share" options as well as Share icons after each post. We would also like commenting to be available. I didn't bother mocking that up on this page but we would like that as well. If there are other features that you would recommend, we are open to suggestion.

Basically, we're looking to bring the current external blog into our existing webpage design.
